Return Policy

Any purchased item is entitled for a return back to the seller given the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • Return of a product is allowed only in the following scenarios:
    • Item is found damaged or Defective on delivery
    • Item is used / rusted on delivery
    • Item is found to be broken on delivery
  • Seller will need to authorize the return for every return request
  • Item cannot be returned if the damage is found to be caused by the Customer after delivery
  • Return can be initiated within 7 days of delivery of product. Seller would not accept returns after this timeline
  • The product should be returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, etc., intact, along with original Invoice copy, Customer acknowledgement copy and Return order signed by customer.
  • Decision made by Seller will be binding to Customer on acceptance of return.
